The commissioner (buyers) MUST provide clear reference pictures before the artist gets started doing the commission.

The artist has the right to decline the commission request if the artist is incapable or does not feel safe to draw the request.

The commissioner is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from utilizing the commission art for NFT or Crypto/Bitcoin purpose.

The commissioner is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from utilizing the commission art for Stable Diffusion training (AI) purpose.

The commissioner can use this for any social media banner or profile picture, such as : Twitch profile & banner, Youtube profile & banner, etc. And will count as personal use.

If the commissioner wants to use it for commercial uses (streaming service website, online/offline selling product, Patreon reward, etc.) please discuss to the artist first for more information.

The commissioner MUST credit the artist pen name (Lunamaachi) if the commissioner want to post a picture of the commission in social media.

For private commission (that doesn’t need to credit the artist and have the right to forbid the artist to not post the picture of the commission), there's will be an additional privacy fee for 100$

Payment can be done through VGen or Paypal

Payment is expected to be 100% upfront before the artist works on the request.

It takes 1-2 weeks to finish a single drawing. But, it may take longer for a 1-2 months depending on various factors, such as : Health, order of commission, complexity, work, or school/family issues.

The commissioner does not have the right to refund if the commission has been paid.

but, I, the artist, have the right to cancel or refund it because of various factors, such as : incapable/not feels safe to draw the request, busy with real life matter, the art equipment broken by accident, or the commission does not complete and has passed 2 months since the commission payment.
